Please read the Terms of Sale (ToS) carefully before using the online boutique and placing your order, the version applicable being the one in force at the date the order is placed exclusively for the business relationship between ROMÉO RODIN and the customers who are purchasing products from the ROMÉO RODIN online boutique.


The Site www.romeorodin.com is a secure online platform that allows users to place orders online and receive articles offered for sale on this Site.


You must be major according to the law in force in your country to place an order on the Site www.romeorodin.com

In order to make purchases from our online boutique, you must provide accurately your name, phone number, e-mail address and any additional information as requested. When placing your order, you will be required to provide accurate payment details and certify that the details you have provided are both valid and correct. Thus, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The online boutique is available only to individuals who meet the requirements of ROMÉO RODIN, who hold a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to ROMÉO RODIN and who have authorized ROMÉO RODIN to charge their credit card of the amount of the total price of the purchase.

By placing an order, you expressly authorize ROMÉO RODIN to perform a credit check and if necessary to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties such as your credit card number or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize purchase transactions. These third parties may keep a record of your data.


We are collecting and using your personal data in accordance with our PRIVACY POLICY in force.

We do our best to make our Site secure. All credit card transactions on our Site are processed via a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered user, we will securely store your credit card details in our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and are only used to process card transactions that you have initiated.


When placing an order, you read and agree to the ToS (Terms of Sale), ToU (Terms of Use) and the privacy policy of the site www.romeorodin.com

Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver a product due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive your order. In these circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail and refund the payment to your credit card within thirty (30) days.

All orders are subject to our acceptance and stock availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other users until the confirmation of your order.


All of the prices listed on the Site are in the indicated currency. Unless otherwise indicated, the listed prices include the delivery costs, the customs costs as well as the currently applicable statutory value-added tax.


By validating your order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a sales contract with ROMÉO RODIN. You will automatically be sent an e-mail confirming the reception of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order it is only a confirmation that we have received your order.

Subject to the acceptance of your order, ROMÉO RODIN will send you an order confirmation to the email address that you provided when placing the order.

You will then receive an email from our partner DHL informing you about the estimated delivery date and the tracking number.

We decide at our own discretion whether we will accept an order or not. We shall not be liable to you or a third party by reason of non acceptance of your order. For example, we do not accept orders in the following events: if we are unable to obtain the authorization for payment; if the product ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and must be withdrawn; or if you are not compliant with the ToS.


Deliveries are only made by DHL. The recipient’s signature is always required.


ROMÉO RODIN aims to deliver your order within 4-7 working days from the order confirmation for EU countries and 7-10 working days for countries outside of the UE.

Special Editions

ROMÉO RODIN aims to deliver your order within 20-25 working days from the order confirmation for EU countries and 25-30 working days for countries outside of the UE.

Please note that delivery times may vary during our seasonal sales periods and in case of bank holidays. These are to be used as a guide only, we do our best to deliver the products within the time specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

Any order placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day.


ROMÉO RODIN offers free worldwide shipping via DHL Express.


Your parcel is insured by ROMÉO RODIN during its transit until it is delivered. The risk shall pass upon delivery of the products to the customer.

All ROMÉO RODIN orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included in the purchase price, excepted for deliveries in Russia, where purchases will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and will require the buyer to pay all duties and taxes upon importation.


Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and verify your billing and shipping addresses.
If you have pre-ordered an item it will be shipped once the item is in stock. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it, please ensure there will be someone available to sign and receive your parcel. First time orders can only be shipped to the card holder’s billing address or a corporate work address. To avoid delays please ensure that your billing details are correct and matches the address on your credit card statement.

At the time of delivery of products, you are responsible for immediately verifying that the packaging is intact and has not been altered in any way whatsoever. Should the packaging be damaged, you shall be responsible for taking detailed pictures of the packaging and of the products, for immediately reporting the alleged damage to our transporter by expressly reserving rights upon delivery of the products and for informing our Customer Service within three (3) days.

In case of express reservation of your rights under the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, with our transporter and/or our Customer Service, an investigation will be opened with the Carrier and a reply will be sent to you within seven business days.

In the absence of such express reservation of your rights, delivery shall be considered as accepted by you and no dispute on the packaging shall be validly brought afterwards.


ROMÉO RODIN offers a free return collection service excepted for the Limited Editions items which can by no mean be returned. All returned items must meet our Return Policy.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.

To arrange your free return collection service, please follow the below steps:

1 Contact DHL for your free collection following the information displayed on the delivery packaging, quoting the airway bill number of the prepaid returns label and the original invoice.

2 Carefully pack your returns including the returns proforma form

3 Attach the preprinted returns barcode to the outside and leave the parcel open for the driver to inspect

4 You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed

To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, send all the items you wish to return in one parcel.

Items should be returned new, unused, unsoiled and with all tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged and unsoiled packaging.

We reserve the right not to accept your returns if the above mentioned delay is exceeded and/or if the returned products are not received complete and not in immaculate condition.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Please have the return shipment confirmed and store any necessary receipts/confirmations carefully in the event of any queries.


All ROMÉO RODIN items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition in their original packaging and with their authenticity cards.
Items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without their packaging, in a damaged packaging or with marked soles may not be accepted, and shall be sent back to you.
We ask that you use our DHL partner to return your items, ROMÉO RODIN is not liable for any goods that are not returned in this way.
All items purchased online have to be returned from the country in which they were delivered. This is to ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy and is processed as quickly as possible. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you contact us via email to customer_service@romeorodin.com within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that refunds, returns or exchanges are not applicable to Limited Editions Items.


Exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge, however all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To exchange your item, follow the above steps ensuring you request an exchange and specify which size you require.

As we are unable to exchange any item for an alternative color or model, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Please note that exchanges are not applicable to Limited Editions Items.


All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's account. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account depending on your card issuer.

ROMÉO RODIN undertakes to ensure that high quality standards are continuously met in the manufacturing of all products. Every item is quality-checked before being shipped. However, if your product shows any defect, please contact the Customer Service immediately, and no later than three (3) days from the date of delivery, at the following email address: customer_service@romeorodin.com

Products are faulty if they are received damaged or have a material or manufacturing defect. Small and/or technically unavoidable deviations of quality, color, size, shape or design shall not be considered to be defects. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are also not considered to be faulty.

You must indicate in your email the alleged defect and join every supporting document (detailed photos of the product, purchase date, number of the order, etc.). In case of a recognized defect, ROMÉO RODIN undertakes to either replace the defective product to the extent of available stocks or to either partially or fully refund the purchase price to you, depending on the nature of the defect. We will provide you preprinted returns barcode for your return and you will be required to follow the return procedure mentioned above.

ROMÉO RODIN reserves the right to refuse to follow up on a late claim, a claim relating to a defect for which you are responsible, or which derives from the nature of the product (certain products might have some uneven parts and/or irregularities which are parts of the manufacturing process or correspond to the material used).


The size information is included with the description of each product.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.


The Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may be linked to the price, availability, or information on products. ROMÉO RODIN reserves the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order has been submitted, and to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice.


All of the contents of the Site www.romeorodin.com are ROMÉO RODIN's property or the property of affiliated companies, licensees and/or content providers. Your use of our Site grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, design rights, trade marks or other of our intellectual property rights (or the intellectual property rights of third parties).
